Guam Homeland Security Marianas Regional Fusion Center Assessment

In October 2012, DP&R supported a comprehensive baseline capability assessment of the Marianas Regional Fusion Center, the Western-most center in the United States. Given the Nation’s “rebalancing” toward the Asia-Pacific region, the MRFC will increasingly play a crucial role in providing invaluable information critical to homeland security. The assessment team assessed the full spectrum of functions to determine the baseline capability and ascertain the capability gaps that will inform the MRFC roadmap to achieving full operational capability.
