Army Global Civil Military Emergency Preparedness Program (AGCMEP)

DP&R is providing subject matter expertise for the HQDA G3/5/7-sponsored Army Global Civil-Military Emergency Preparedness (AGCMEP) Program. DP&R was selected to support USPACOM’s Joint Task Force-Homeland Defense (JTF-HD) and the USG Country Team in Palau as part of the effort to collect all-hazards data in the Republic of Palau to support the development of future plans for the defense of Palau as required by treaty. The AGCMEP Team provided the technical assistance to conduct an initial disaster preparedness and capabilities assessment. Subsequently, DP&R played a crucial role in the development of the next generation of the assessment tool, the Disaster Preparedness Assessment Capability (DPAC).
